- Clean - Friendly service - Fresh cold drink on arrival - Spacious rooms
- Short circuit in the building in the morning of check out meaning all electricity was out and no water was available causing issues.

Overpriced and dirty
Friendly staff, good fitness centre, decent tasting food.
Cold, dirty and bad value for money. The restaurant was very cold, meaning we had to eat wearing coats. Staff did not replace empty water on the tables or in the rooms. We notice our sheets were visibly dirty, with what looked like lumps of green snot under the pillows. When we explained the situation and asked for the sheets to be changed, only the duvet cover was changed. We had to ask again for the entire bed linen to be replaced. Food was expensive for what it was and the portions.

I travelled with my mother and the hotel made all arrangements as requested. The staff was very helpful and they took extra care of my special requests. Since we travelled in the middle of COVID-19 situation, they ensured safety and cleanliness and the hotel was not too busy, which made it even nicer to walk around within the property and sit outside comfortably. The property is beautiful but it is a bit outside the main city. If you have a car to travel around, then it is a perfect place for relaxation and comfort. I would highly recommend this hotel.
The property is not close to the city centre, but that is not a disadvantage if you have your own vehicle.
